The PERMACOAT line of "Medium Duty"
industrial floor coatings is designed to provide protection against
splashes, spills, and fumes from a broad range of aggressive chemicals.
The Perma Coat line also provides protection against light to moderate
mechanical abuses found in today's industrial environments.
When properly installed to thicknesses of 16 to 60 mils,
Perma Coat floors will provide many years of aesthetically appealing,
durable service.
In addition to your flooring needs, Perma Coat products
are available in vertical formulations for applications that may
experience splash and spill from aggressive chemicals (i.e., Secondary
Containment), or high pressure washdowns during sanitation procedures.
These products can be used for architectural coatings and industrial
floor coatings and are designed to last. They are also used for abrasion
resistant coatings and paint and coatings.
PERMACOAT 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000
PERMACOAT 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 are 100% solids Epoxy, and Modified
Epoxy floor coatings. When applied to thicknesses of 16 to 60 mils,
economy and durability go hand-in-hand. PermaCoat 3000, 4000, and 5000
are modified versions of their "Heavy Duty" counterparts thus
retaining the excellent bonding characteristics, outstanding physical
physical properties, and high chemical resistance inherent in those
systems. However due to the thicknesses of these products, they are recommended
for light to moderate mechanical abuse, and splash, spill or fumes from
a chemical resistance standpoint. PermaCoat 3000, 4000, and 5000 can
provide many times the protection of standard maintenance paints at a
competitive price.
PermaCoat 2000 is recommended in applications where
long-term color stability is paramount.
